What We Do
Eating for Energy is a nutrition consulting company. We promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle by offering the best lifelong nutrition guidance available in a personalized and practical approach. Our goal is to enhance your health and energy through the establishment of consistent healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle habits. We do not sell any nutritional products nor will we put you on yet another "diet". Instead you will learn how to eat right for life!
We offer individual counselling in the areas of nutrition for sport and fitness, weight management, cholesterol control, digestive problems, improved eating habits and related concerns. We also offer fun and interactive seminars for corporate, sport and community groups.
In addition to successfully assisting hundreds of individuals in making good nutrition a reality in their busy lives, we have provided over 2000 workshops. Some of our valued clients have included Twist Conditioning, The Vancouver Grizzlies, The YWCA of Greater Vancouver, The National Coaching Institute, Sport Med BC, VanCity Savings Credit Union, Save-On-Foods and TransLink (formerly BC Transit).
